Privacy policy

Short and plain. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Your photos

We never see your photos. The photo you add is used to make your downloads and is not sent to us, stored by us or shared with anyone. When you close the page it is gone.

The camera

If you press Take a photo, your device asks whether the page may use the camera. We only use it for the moment you take the picture, and we stop it as soon as you finish or cancel.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites.

Visit counts

We also count tool starts, completed actions, download requests and errors using fixed labels. Approved video links include public campaign labels so we can see which videos bring visitors. We do not send file names, file contents, photos, invoice details, salary values or error messages with these events. A download request does not prove a file was saved.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, which pages are popular and roughly which country visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site. The data is totals, not profiles.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to delete or send back. If you think we hold something about you, contact Nine By Sixteen Ltd through the details on Companies House and we will look into it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
